Space Cake has three plans so you can start with the size that fits your business now.

You can change later, so do not overthink the first choice.

Choose Solo if you are one owner, with one main customer inbox, and most customer email still comes through you.

Solo is usually the right starting point for sole traders and small local services who want faster replies without hiring admin help.

Choose Busy if you have more enquiries, more than one inbox, or someone helping with customer messages.

Busy is usually the best fit when the business is working well but email is starting to become a daily pressure.

Choose Team if customer email is no longer just one person’s job.

Team gives more inbox and seat room for a small business where several people need to see what customers asked and what was sent.

Start with Solo unless you already know you need extra inboxes or seats.
