Pause or cancel Space Cake

You do not have to cancel your account just because you want Space Cake to stop sending for a while.

Pause sending

Pause sending when you want to keep the account but stop automatic replies. This is useful if:

• your business details are changing
• you want to review replies manually for a while
• you are away from work
• something feels wrong and you want to check it

When sending is paused, Space Cake can still help you review the inbox, but it will not send routine replies by itself.

Stop renewal

Stopping renewal means the account keeps working until the end of the trial or current paid period, then stops instead of renewing.

Use this when you know you do not want the next billing period.

Cancel the account

Cancel if you no longer want to use Space Cake. Before cancelling, make sure you have saved anything you need from the account.

If you are unsure whether to pause or cancel, pause first. It gives you breathing room without making a permanent decision.
