Contact us

We want Space Cake to work well for everyone who needs to use it — whatever device, browser, or assistive technology you rely on. This page sets out what we aim for, and how to tell us if we have got something wrong.

The standard we build to

We build every screen to meet WCAG 2.1 AA (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, level AA) by default — sufficient colour contrast, information that never depends on colour alone, full keyboard and screen-reader support, touch targets big enough to tap comfortably, and respect for your device's reduced-motion setting. That is not an afterthought bolted on at the end; it is a standing rule for how we design and build Space Cake in the first place.

Where this applies

This standard covers this marketing site and the Space Cake app itself. We treat it as a baseline to hold, not a box to tick once — if something falls short, we want to know about it so we can put it right.

Reporting an accessibility issue

If you hit a barrier anywhere on spacecake.one — a page that does not work with your screen reader, text you cannot read, a control you cannot reach by keyboard, or anything else — please tell us. Email contact@spacecake.one with what you were trying to do and what happened, and we will look into it and get back to you.

Changes

We may update this statement as the site and app evolve, and will post the new version here.
