Your business data is kept separate from other businesses. One customer’s message from one business is not shown to another business.

Public AI models are not trained on your messages

Customer messages are not used to train public AI models. Space Cake uses messages to help your own account reply to your own customers.

Keep only what is needed

Space Cake is designed to keep the information it needs to run the service and avoid keeping files it does not need, such as attachment contents.

Your responsibilities

If you work in a regulated sector, such as healthcare, dentistry, veterinary care, or finance, you still remain responsible for your own professional rules.

Space Cake helps with customer service, but it is not a replacement for your sector’s compliance duties.
