What customers see when Space Cake replies

How replies are signed, how they sound, and whether customers know about Coleus.

Customers should feel like they are hearing from your business, not being handed to a robot.

Replies go out in your business voice, using the facts you have taught Space Cake.

The reply is from your business

Coleus is the helper you see inside Space Cake. Customers do not get messages from “Coleus” or from a named AI character.

They receive a normal business reply, written in your tone and signed the way you choose.

The wording uses your facts

Space Cake can use things you have added, such as:

  • Your opening hours
  • Your prices or starting prices
  • Services you offer
  • Areas you cover
  • How booking works
  • Saved answers you use often

If the fact is not there, or the answer needs judgement, the message comes back to you.

Sensitive messages get a holding note

For complaints, refunds, returns, money questions, and anything uncertain, Space Cake does not try to solve the issue.

It can send a short, warm note so the customer knows they have been heard, then it passes the real reply to you.

You can review and correct

If a reply does not sound right, edit it before sending. Those edits help Space Cake learn what sounds more like your business next time.
