Always brought back to you
Space Cake will not resolve these on its own:
- complaints
- refunds
- returns
- money disputes
- invoice questions
- unusual requests it cannot answer from your facts
- anything it is unsure about
It can send a short, warm acknowledgement so the customer is not ignored, but it will not try to solve the issue.
Why this matters
A fast answer is only useful when it is safe. A complaint, refund, or money question can damage trust if the reply is wrong or too casual.
The rule is simple: Space Cake handles routine work quickly and brings judgement calls back to you.
What it can still do
It can still answer from approved facts, offer real booking slots if booking is switched on, and give standard estimates from your own price list.
It should never invent a price, promise a discount, or make a guarantee you have not set.
