Teach Space Cake your business
What to add first so replies use your tone, your prices, and your real business facts.
Space Cake works best when it has clear facts to use. You do not need to write a manual. Start with the answers customers ask for most often.
Start with the basics
Add your:
- opening hours
- service area
- main services
- standard prices or price ranges
- booking rules
- usual sign-off name
- tone of voice
Write these in plain English. Space Cake is not looking for perfect wording. It needs enough real information to avoid guessing.
Add your common answers
Think about the questions you are tired of answering:
- “Do you cover my area?”
- “How much is a standard appointment?”
- “Are you taking new customers?”
- “Can I book for next week?”
- “Do I need to pay a deposit?”
Those are strong first facts because they turn into useful customer replies quickly.
Keep judgement out of the facts
Do not teach Space Cake to promise discounts, settle complaints, or decide refunds. Those are owner decisions. It can acknowledge those messages and bring them to you, but it should not solve them alone.
If a fact changes, update it straight away. The better the facts, the safer and more useful the replies become.
