Use the booking diary

Space Cake includes its own booking diary. You do not need to connect an outside calendar account to use it.

Booking starts switched off

The diary does not start booking customers by itself. You switch booking on when your hours, services, and availability are ready.

That keeps setup calm and avoids customers being offered slots before you have checked the basics.

What customers can be offered

When booking is on, Space Cake can offer real free slots from your diary. It uses the availability you have set and avoids times that are already booked or blocked out.

It should not promise a time outside the booking flow, and it should not invent availability.

Why this helps

Many customers go cold while waiting for a booking reply. If Space Cake can offer a real slot while the customer is still interested, it can turn a simple enquiry into a confirmed job faster.

When to bring it back to you

Space Cake should bring the message back to you if the customer asks for something unusual, wants a discount, needs a judgement call, or asks for a time that is not really available.
